Mic is one of our owner managers and has been at Fitstop Milton since mid 2020. Coming from a background as a chef and transport he made the switch to fitness with the aim to help people become healthier and happier in their lives. With a focus on form and technique Mic will ensure you move correctly and get the most out of each and every session.

Gigi is one of the co-owners and managers of Fitstop Milton “For me, the best part about Fitstop is the members, the incredible community it has created and the all-round good vibes that come with walking into a club and feeling welcomed by all.

​Luc is our pocket rocket coach who loves to give out a sneaky extra after a session. Competing in powerlifting she understands how to correct your form and technique to make sure you are moving correctly and getting the most out of your session.
