Our Timetable




These are our metabolic conditioning sessions and are programmed to take your athletic performance to the next level. 


Using big compound lifts, explosive movements, fast intervals and full body burners, you will increase both your anaerobic and aerobic capacity.


Expect to work with intensity, push your limits and unleash your inner athlete.


Lift is programmed using elements of progressive overload and functional strength.


Expect compound lifts, isolation exercises, stability and mobility, to promote an improved quality of movement and overall muscle development.


Feel stronger, look leaner and move better.


Sessions are programmed to improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance.


Expect a variety of full body conditioning, high intensity exercises that will keep your heart rate high for an extended period of time and push your limits both mentally and physically!


Our Saturday Sweat sessions are the perfect way to end the week. These sessions are opened up to the public every weekend so you can bring your friends and family down for the fun.

Sessions are programmed to put a smile on your face and some sweat on your shirt. Start your weekend training hard (or socialising)  with your fellow Fitstoppers!
